ERIKA & SIMON
The Kittows’ jaw-dropping kitchen, utility and wardrobes were designed by Chris Phillips, our Showroom Manager. Full of hidden surprises, the kitchen has a built-in larder and a secret bespoke bar unit, as well as two dishwashers and four ovens for optimal efficiency.
OPEN PLAN KITCHEN
The Kittow’s chose an open-plan layout as they wanted a big, social space where they could host large dinner parties, Christmas dinner etc, with everyone in the same room. Included in the same space as the kitchen is a large dining table and sofa area with a TV.
Erika says “It’s designed for all ages: kids can be watching TV, adults can be sat having dinner and I can be cooking. It works.”
STORAGE
Erika and Simon decided to incorporate a walk-in corner larder, partly because they saw one on display in the showroom and how much it could hold – the key is being able to store so much in one place.
UTILITY ROOM
The utility room design was based around storage for Simon’s hobbies; however, it also serves as a space for dog paraphernalia and somewhere for the family to take off their wellies and other outside gear.
